This rental property in Weybridge, Surrey had single glazed windows which were in a very poor condition. Some had been painted shut, some rotten, but all condensated really badly.
The tenant had complained about the existing windows and the landlord wanted to invest back into his rental property.
We fitted one composite front door, one pair uPVC French Doors and five uPVC windows.
The uPVC windows fitted were energy efficient, A-rated double glazed units with fully sculptured frames, white handles, and trickle ventilation to provide better ventilation in the property.

Our customer had a front porch with a timber, single glazed entrance door. The design meant a large glass area which was very cold in winter and the existing door frame had started to rot.
The customer wanted a low maintenance alternative to match as close as possible to the original door design.
We supplied and installed one door with two side panels – white uPVC window framing and door outer frame.
Red uPVC door leaf and Rosewood uPVC door cill. We added trickle vents to give background ventilation and brushed silver door furniture.

Our customer had recently moved into this property. The existing windows were approximately 30 years old and had aluminium frames fitted into timber sub-frames.
Some of the sealed units had blown (misting up), and some hinges had failed. The windows were also very thermally inefficient.
Our customer wanted to replace with easy to care for and energy-efficient uPVC windows with slim framing and equal sight lines.
We installed two bay windows, six windows and one set of French Doors.
To achieve equal sight lines, the windows were externally glazed (thinnest frame sections) with dummy casements to the front of the property.
We also replaced the fascias above and leadwork below the upstairs bay window.

Unfortunately, GRP fibreglass front doors are not available in such small door widths so a coloured woodgrain uPVC door was the only option.
We supplied and installed a blue woodgrain uPVC front door with chrome handles and a white uPVC outer frame.

Our customer who lives in Reigate, Surrey had been granted planning permission to convert her garage into an office for her accountancy business.
She wanted high quality, thermally efficient, secure windows and doors with minimal maintenance.
It was also specified to make sure the front door opened outwards to maximise the useable internal floor space in her new office.
We supplied three white, Liniar profile, A-rated, double glazed, uPVC windows with chamfered framing and beading and a brown darkwood GRP composite front door, with white uPVC outer frame glazed with clear toughened glass.
The outer frame glazing helped to maximise light in the office and the toughened glass gave extra peace of mind and security.

The existing uPVC door at a property in Westcott, Surrey was over 15 years old and had been damaged in places.
The locking mechanism had broken and we were unable to source a replacement.
We supplied and fitted a white Liniar uPVC front door in white with bevelled framing and beading.
The letterbox and pad/lever handle were both in chrome, and the door had Mayflower obscured toughened glass. It also has a sidelight with opening fanlight and a 2000 trickle vent.

The customer in Brockham, Surrey had an old timber entrance porch which was single glazed and unfortunately, it had started to rot. It also leaked in places. Not an ideal situation.
We supplied and fitted new white uPVC, double glazed windows, a uPVC door and roof frames with black uPVC trims to imitate the original black painted timber posts.
It can put some customers off if they have a character or period property when considering using uPVC, as they feel it will spoil the look of their property.
But there are so many uPVC window and door options we can recommend, in terms of glass, window and door furniture and finishing touches – that can look as if they are the original hardwood alternatives but without the heat loss and high maintenance!
